Jet Ski in distress, Tathra

Shortly before 1430 hours, our south coast helicopter, Lifesaver 3, was tasked by the Surf Life Saving State Operations Centre to search the ocean off Tathra.  Police had received reports that a jet ski was disabled and the rider in distress.   Whilst enroute, the helicopter was stood down after local lifeguards located and rescued the jet ski.
