Ambulance Assistance, Burning Palms

Paramedics walked into Burning Palms and assessed a woman who had a broken wrist and other injuries.  Due to these injuries she was unable to be walked out so paramedics requested helicopter transport to ambulance at Garie Beach.  Air ambulance not available so request passed to Surf Lifesaving State Operations Centre shortly after 1335 hours.  Lifesaver 1 tasked to collect patient and paramedics and return them to their ambulance at Garie Beach.  On return the helicopter conducted a beach patrol along southern beaches and northern beaches to Long Reef.
